| Currently Enrolled Students |
| The option to print a copy of your unofficial grade transcript is available in ULink for currently enrolled students. If you need an official grade transcript, you will need to either come to the Registrar's Office with a photo ID or have copies mailed by following the Mailing Instructions listed below. |

| Former Students |
| Former students may pick up grade transcript(s) in person by coming to the Office of the University Registrar, Martin Hall, Room 171 with a current photo ID or have transcripts mailed by following the Mailing Instructions listed below. |

| Mailing Instructions |
Requests for copies of your grade transcript can also be faxed or mailed
to the Office of the Registrar. Please complete the Grade
Transcript Request Form and mail it to the address below or fax the
request to (337) 482-6286. You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader  to
access the form. You can download the reader, free of charge.
Please allow two working days for processing of your request
to mail transcript(s). |
