| Counselors will now be seeing students in the CONFERENCE CENTER rather than
Guillory Hall. The last day to pay or reserve your class schedule with a deferment for Spring 2013 is 4:30 PM on Tuesday, January 7, 2013. The Spring semester starts on January 16, 2013. You can apply for a deferment via ULink if you are eligible to receive a deferment and are registered for at least 6 hours for the spring semester. Deferments on your statement of account are listed as either TOPS Deferment (TOPCSH) for students receiving TOPS, or a Federal Aid Deferment (FEDCSH) for students receiving federal aid. . It will not have a dollar amount since it is only a notation on your account. Your TOPS deferment will post only if you are registered full time (12 hours or more) for the semester. You may check your statement of account through ULink to see whether or not you already have a deferment which will hold your class schedule until aid is posted. We update files regularly, so please check back often to check your status. If you do not have a deferment you may speak to a counselor at the Conference Center during the following times:
