| Why did you choose
to come to UL Lafayette? I chose UL because of the many benefits
I had laid out for me. All of my family attended here and I wanted
to continue that legacy. I also lived in Lafayette during my high school
summer breaks. I grew accustomed to the city, developed a lot of contacts,
and liked the friendly atmosphere here at UL.
Favorite place to eat in Lafayette?What do you like best about UL Lafayette? The thing I like best about UL is the pride everyone takes in the university. Whether it's supporting our athletics or something to make our university a better campus, there are many people I see around who take a lot of pride in UL, which I believe helps make a successful campus atmosphere. Favorite Club or Organization and why? My favorite organization is the Association of Future Alumni because we get to network with a lot of UL alumni, and there is always free food after the meetings. . Favorite Class and why? There have been many classes I've enjoyed, but the one I always look forward to is the University Chorale class. Music has played a huge role in my entire life. Chorale has given me the opportunity to do something that I love--singing. There are so many awesome places to eat in Lafayette, it is unreal. If I had to pick one place that is always good it would be Deano's Pizza. Favorite spot on campus to hang out with friends? I spend alot of time at the French House working with Enrollment Services. I have developed many friendships here. What is your favorite unique aspect of Lafayette? The absolute best thing I like about Lafayette is the FOOD! I also believe Lafayette has a lot of people who are very welcoming and nice, which helps me since I am an out-of-state student. What are your career plans? What I hope for the future is to be a high school math teacher. I love to be around kids that age, and I can't wait to prepare those students for the future. |
