Stephens Hall was once UL Lafayette's library, but now Stephens Hall provides office space for University Computing Support Services. This building also houses a computer lab and the UCSS Help Desk where faculty, staff, and students can activate their free computing/Internet access accounts. Stephens Hall was constructed in 1940 in named in honor of Southwestern’s first president, Edwin Lewis Stephens.
